Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase and use of anything sold by FentHub ("we", "us"). By buying, downloading, loading, or using a key or script you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, do not buy and do not use the product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. You must be legally able to enter a contract and to make the payment you are making. We may refuse or cancel any order.

2. What we sell

We sell a limited licence to use software, delivered as a key. We do not sell the software, its source, or any interest in it. Nothing here transfers ownership or intellectual property to you.

3. Your licence

Subject to these terms and to payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the product for the duration you paid for, on one machine at a time, for your own personal use only.

Your licence is bound to a hardware identifier. Where the dashboard allows you to move it, you may do so within the stated limits. Any other attempt to move, duplicate, or extend it is a breach of these terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not help or permit anyone else to:

• Share, lend, gift, rent, resell, sublicense, trade, or transfer your key to any other person, in whole or in part.
• Publish, post, paste, leak, or otherwise make your key available anywhere, publicly or privately, including to friends, in group chats, or in a marketplace listing.
• Use one key on more machines or accounts than your licence permits, or run it concurrently in more than one place.
• Crack, patch, keygen, emulate, bypass, defeat, or otherwise circumvent the key system, the licence check, the hardware lock, or any other protection.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, dump, unpack, or attempt to derive the source code or logic of the product.
• Copy, redistribute, rehost, mirror, or create derivative works from the product.
• Automate, script, or otherwise mass produce key requests, accounts, or purchases.
• Interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Charge back, dispute, or reverse a payment. See the refund policy.

5. Revocation

To enforce this we may record and inspect signals including the hardware identifier bound to your key, the number and pattern of machines it has been used on, concurrent use, IP address, and loader telemetry. Determination is made by us, acting reasonably, and our decision is final.

Revocation ends your licence immediately. You lose all remaining licence time, you are not owed anything for it, and we may additionally remove you from our Discord and refuse to sell to you again. Where a breach has caused us loss, we reserve every other remedy available to us.

6. Risk, and your responsibility

Using third party scripts with an online game may breach that game's terms of use and may result in your game account being suspended, banned, reset, or losing items or progress. You accept this risk entirely and solely. We do not guarantee that any product is undetected, and no statement anywhere on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account, platform account, hardware, or data.

7. No affiliation

FentHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or any game developer or publisher whose products are referenced. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Availability

We do not promise that any product will work at any given time, will keep working, or will continue to support any particular game or executor. Games update, protections change, and support for a title may be delayed or dropped permanently without notice or compensation.

9. No warranty

Everything is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product or to these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost accounts, or lost progress.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your use of a product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any third party's rights or terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence and your access for breach, for suspected fraud, or where we are required to. Sections 5 to 11 survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you purchase or next use a product is the version that binds you. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is applied as far as it lawfully can be. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may.
