Privacy policy

This explains what FentHub collects when you buy from or use our products, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

You give us

• Email address, used to deliver your key and contact you about your order.
• Anything you put in a support ticket or message.
• Your Discord username or ID, if you join our server or link it.

Collected automatically

• Order records: what you bought, when, amount, and currency.
• A hardware identifier derived from the machine you activate on. This is how a licence is bound to one device and how sharing is detected.
• IP address, approximate country, browser and device information.
• Loader telemetry: when a key was checked, from where, on which hardware identifier, and whether the check passed.

We never see

• Card numbers, bank details, or crypto wallet credentials. Payments are handled entirely by SellAuth and its payment processors. We receive only a confirmation and a reference.
• Your game account password.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver your key and give you access to what you bought. This is performance of our contract with you.
• To enforce the licence, detect key sharing, and detect tampering. This is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of a product we sell.
• To prevent, detect and contest fraud and chargebacks. Legitimate interest, and in places a legal obligation.
• To provide support when you ask for it.
• To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as for tax.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Who we share it with

• SellAuth, which runs this storefront, checkout and order records.
• Payment processors handling your chosen method, who receive what they need to take payment and fight disputes.
• Our licence key provider, which stores your key, its bound hardware identifier, and its check history.
• Discord, if you contact us there, under their own policy.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to.

Some of these operate outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally.

4. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as we are legally required to keep them, typically several years. Licence and hardware identifier records are kept for as long as the licence exists and afterwards where needed to enforce a revocation or contest a dispute. Support messages are kept while they are useful. Records connected to fraud or abuse may be kept indefinitely.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Open a support ticket in our Discord and we will respond within the time the law allows.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee it. Use a unique password anywhere you have an account with us and do not share your key.

7. Cookies

This storefront uses cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and keep checkout working. It may also use analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the store may stop working properly if you block the essential ones.

8. Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, open a support ticket in our Discord and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.

10. Contact

Open a support ticket in our Discord. That is the only support channel we operate, we do not run a support inbox.
